Join us to discover new coaching tools - a fantastic way to re-energize your coaching and develop your skills further!
6:00PM-6:30PM Registration, 6:30PM-8:00PM Presentations, 8:00PM-8:30PM Networking
In this peer resource exchange, four coaches will share one tool or resource they use with their clients regularly and, when possible, they will demonstrate how to use the tool live. You will also have the opportunity to reflect and discuss how you might bring those tools into your own coaching practice while connecting with fellow coaches.
The presentations will focus on:
● Conversational Intelligence - Mindy Gewirtz
Conversations are key to driving relationships, collaboration and innovation forward, within, across and between organizations. Through the “Level-up that Conversation!” panel segment and breakout discussion, Mindy will introduce two tools, “Double-Clicking” and the “Conversational Dashboard.” You can apply these tools from the Conversational Intelligence (CIQ) framework by Judith E. Glazer, in your work with individual clients, teams or organizations.
● Feedback and Feedforward tools - Maribel Aleman
Maribel will discuss Feedback Models, specifically how to use SBI Model in Coaching Sessions and practice Feedforward.
● Energetic Leadership - Kacey Cardin
Kacey will be discussing tools and philosophies around the 7 Wheels of Leadership, a holistic take on integrated and fully-expressed leadership and accomplishment.
● Building Confidence: Dominique Mas
Dominique will present a tool to help your clients gain confidence through action. She will also share some of the research behind this tool and why each step is necessary to shift your client's beliefs.
