This month, our virtual Town Hall looks at how you may be adapting your coaching practice.
As we continue to navigate the unknown, we are committed to providing our ICF Members with tools, tips, ideas, and resources for you, your business, and your clients. Our monthly Town Halls are your opportunity to check in with each other, share strategies, and ask questions that pertain to you as a coach and your coaching clients and to help support your coaching community.
This month, the Board is joined by guest facilitator, Pamela Weinberg, one of our professional development committee members, as we explore how each of us may be adapting our coaching practices. Through a mix of large and small-group discussion, we will explore:
How have you changed your offerings over the last few months?
What specifically have you ADDED or TAKEN AWAY?
Has your pricing changed?
Are you continuing to market your services during this time? How and Where? How has your messaging changed (if it has)?
Have you or are you considering pivoting your business during this time? What does that look like?
How are you advising clients on their potential pivots?
Any new skills you have had to acquire to adjust to this "new" normal that might be helpful to others in the group
