Cristina, a Puerto Rico native, is on the global Board of Directors for ICF Coaching Education and chairs its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice and Belonging (DEIJB) Advisory Committee.

Brendalyn King, PCC
Brendalyn King, M.Ed, PCC, is an ontological coach specializing in leadership development. She works with self-starters, educators, managers, and business entrepreneurs. Brendalyn is a founding member of Bhavana Learning Group, which uses Western learning models and Eastern wisdom practices to cultivate learning and unlearning to cultivate conscious leadership.
As a leadership coach and trainer, Brendalyn employs generative language tools and contemplative practices to increase personal agency and performance to enhance presence and balance in life. She also facilitates workshops that combine generative communication with contemplative practices to support teams and organizations in developing the shared commitment and culture of accountability as the foundation of a learning organization.
